Today we're continuing to move into the theme for Week #3:: Focus + Clarity, and we're given thorough guidance by one of our contributing teachers this month, Ralph De La Rosa.

For today, though, we'll be taking a close look at our relationship to the breath, as Ralph offers some thoughts on why it's such a perfect practice tool for developing focus. (Hint: the breath is a moving target.)
