Day #20 :: Focus + Clarity :: 31 Days of Devotion

I'm back with you as the host for today as we turn the bend on our theme for Week #3 :: Focus + Clarity.

For today's topic, I'm reminded of something that astrophysicist Neil De Grasse Tyson said:
"Space exploration is a force of nature unto itself that no other force in society can rival
He, of course, was referencing Outer Space, but I would venture to say that the same is true for exploring Inner Space as well.
Getting to know our interior landscape. Aka: Meditation.

Which is why I'm keeping it nice and spacious today... with very little talk and a whole lot of atmosphere for us to explore our practice.

Since we're talking about space, I also wanted to say that one of my absolute favorite (and unexpected) parts about sharing this series with all of you has been the emails and messages I'm receiving as you make your way through the 31 Days.

As I've mentioned to a few of you--as well as in today's video-- launching this series has felt a bit like sending a satellite out into space and waiting for the signal to return.

Beep.                            Beep.                            Beep.                       Beep.

And when it does, (sometimes with puppy photos included), it's an absolute thrill and delight.
It amazes me that close to 700 of us, from across the globe, are sitting down to share in practice together, and hearing your experiences makes me feel so connected, which --full transparency-- is my intention for 2017.

So with that said, I've decided to open the final 2 days of our series for all of you to chime in.
The final days were earmarked for "Closing Insights", and I've come to realize through this series that this means YOURS. Not mine.

Which is why I'll be reading your Qs on air before practice in our final 2 sessions together.

Now, back to your regularly scheduled programming.
Practice begins at the 1 minute 30 second mark.

And away we go.
