WEEK #1 :: INTENTIONS
We’ll be focusing on Intention setting meditations that ask us not just what we want to achieve — but how we want to participate — and the feeling tone we want to infuse into the coming months ahead.
WEEK #2 :: COMPASSION
We’ll be exploring the theme of Compassion in meditation, particularly self-compassion, and what it means to be present-- and responsive-- to what we honestly need.
WEEK #3 :: FOCUS + CLARITY
We’ll be settling into Focus + Clarity as the theme of meditation, to help stabilize busy overwhelm.
WEEK #3 :: CONTEMPLATION
We’ll be working with Contemplations; both in meditation and writing exercises; for a little personal investigation..
